OUR EVOLUTION

Back when Adam met Eve, when the fruit was dropping off trees and corn was growing innocently in the wild there were no popped corn cereal bars to think of.

This all changed several thousand years later after an unusual experiment in Gordon’s kitchen, as a result of the annoying bits left at the bottom of popcorn cartons. He thought a popped corn cereal bar with nuts and fruit would be a tastier snack and an easier way to eat popped corn.

Intrigued by the results, he asked his old pal Rick, another of descendant of the forbidden fruit saga, his thoughts.

Funnily enough, Rick remembered the nutritional merits of popped corn, which he had used on a recent expedition up Mount Kilimanjaro, and thought Gordon’s popped corn cereal bar idea was splendid.

When the bar won a Great Taste award in 2010, we decided it would not have been completely harebrained an idea to go into production, making hand made popped corn bars for all to enjoy.

After a year of development, combined with a couple of secret natural ingredients, the Wild Trail began.
